DEKPANEL SYSTEM

A construction system that enables fast and flexible turnkey timber building construction.

The DEK construction system uses solid wooden CLT panels made of at least three layers of selected spruce boards, oriented perpendicularly to each other.
The solid wooden CLT panels of the DEK system are designed for both load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures in residential, apartment, and public buildings.
The panels are manufactured on a fully automated production line in the Czech Republic.
They are delivered to the construction site precisely processed into their final shape, with pre-cut joints, openings, and other modifications.
This precise material delivery enables very fast and easy on-site assembly within a few days.
The panels are custom-made, with maximum dimensions of 3800 x 22000 mm.

The composition of the CLT panels guarantees the air tightness of the building envelope.

Possible Interior Surface Finishes

The panels are prepared for a wide range of interior wall finishes – a visible finish for vertical walls can be chosen, or it can be covered with drywall, wallpaper, etc.

Exterior finishing is mostly done in the standard way.

With an insulation system featuring a thermal insulation layer of EPS or mineral wool.
